Package Terms & Conditions
- 100% payment is required at the time of order confirmation. The payment is eligible for a refund only within one (1) month from the date of software purchase.
- The software is provided on an “as-is, where-is” basis, with the current features mutually understood and accepted at the time of purchase. While future enhancements may arise, they cannot be demanded as part of the initial purchase; however, we welcome your input and will consider such requests within our regular development cycle and timeline.
- As part of our routine development process to continuously enhance and strengthen the software, any new features developed by us will be provided to you free of cost during the first-year contract period.
- To continue using the software beyond the first year, you will need to renew the contract as per our terms and conditions. Upon renewal, you will continue to receive all ongoing updates, support, and development benefits provided under the original agreement.
- The purchaser is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the online ERP system solely for internal business operations.
- The Buyer shall not sublicense, distribute, lease, rent, or otherwise make the System available to any third party.
- Use of the System is limited to the number of authorized users as specified in the purchase agreement. Additional users require a separate purchase and license.
- All sales are final. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the suitability of the System for their business needs prior to purchase. The Seller does not offer refunds or exchanges beyond the refund period mentioned in Clause 1.
- The Seller is not responsible for any data loss or corruption within the System. While reasonable efforts may be made to provide daily backup support, the Buyer is solely responsible for regularly backing up their data and ensuring its integrity, as the availability, reliability, or completeness of backups cannot be guaranteed.
- Online support is available from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (local time), excluding public holidays.
- We understand that every business has evolving needs, and no software is ever truly complete. We’re happy to discuss and develop new features as required—simply share your ideas with us, and we’ll prepare a detailed document for your review. Once the requirements are confirmed, we’ll provide a transparent quotation, and development will begin upon payment confirmation.
- Payment for any additional training sessions must be made in advance.
- We will provide free onsite service training as per the plan within the first year. If you require any additional onsite training, it will be chargeable at Rs. 500/- per hour and Rs. 2000 per day. However, online training sessions are available at no additional cost. Please note that payment for training will be required in advance.
- We believe in clear, two-way communication. Our team is always open to your suggestions, and we collaborate closely with you during custom development, ensuring the final solution meets your expectations.
